Diagnosis
Vertex reticulate in front of ocellar triangle, smooth and shiny laterad to and inside ocellar triangle; postmarginal vein short (0.2X as long as stigmal), stigmal vein sessile, surface below marginal vein bare; second gastral tergite large, tergites 1+2 cover 0.6X the length of gaster, hind margin of first gastral tergite smoothly curved forwards. Similar to brevinervis but with larger gastral tergites 1+2, and with fore wing surface below marginal vein more bare.
